Paint Scuffs:
There are many other services we offer and or that we can arrange to be done for you. These days, encounters in the supermarket car park can result in bumper corner scuffs or trolley damage to doors, we have a trade paint expert and can arrange for your car to come in for a small paint job then have a mini valet afterwards to ensure it’s clean and tidy for you.
Faded Plastics:
We use plastic conditioner for our full valets but we’re also able to dress greying, older bumpers to bring them up looking completely different. Whether it’s a Freelader or a Mini, if it’s got plastic bumpers, our dressings can enhance the appearance in just a few minutes.
Leather Cleaning and Leather Conditioning:
We love our before and after examples because a picture says a thousand words. Leather cleaning is a detailed and laborious job but the results are staggering. £40.00 for a full set of leather involves a full, indiviual cleaning and then dressing with Auto Glym Leather Conditioner to soften it up and give it the suppleness and vigour it inevitably loses over time.
Spot Repairs:
Do your wheels look like this? We can arrange to have your alloy wheels refurbished using an excellent mobile repairer who comes direct to The Car Spa or even professionally done by sending them to the Rimstock factory and they will come back not like new but new. The rates are amazing and so is the quality. Have a look at the wheels pages to see the standard.
Cabriolet Hood Cleaning:
As any cabriolet driver can tell you, they are susceptible to green algae growing in the seams and from the tree sap in the air and where we park. We are able to purchase a special cabriolet hood cleaning kit from Auto Glym containing an excellent degreaser, traffic film remover and a bug sponge to remove the grit and other items collected in the seams. It also contains a rewaxing and anti algae solution for finishing the job off. Think it’s too expensive for you? Think again.. £20.00 for the kit and £20.00 to do the job itself. £40.00 in total.
Waxing:
Wax on, wax off, remember that? Mr Miyagi would be proud. This stuff is as good as it gets, the shine is supreme, you can comb your hair in the reflection. £30.00 for a full HD Wax on a normal size vehicle. This massive pick-up truck cost £40.00. Amazing value.
Polishing:
Each full valet we do, automatically has a coat of Auto Glym Super Resin Polish as part of the process but if you would like a coat of polish without having the full valet done, we charge £20.00 for a polish and we do a free wash and dry first. (because we need to)
Stain Removal:
Chocolate, sweets, curry, vomit, beer, dog hair….. You name it, we’ve seen it, smelt it and removed it. That’s why you bring it to The Car Spa so you don’t have to. We have the detergents, the equipment and the strong stomachs. If you have anything you need removed from seats, carpets, head linings or trim, think of us first and we will do our damnedest to get it out.
Engine Bays:
We clean and dress engine bays in our valets too but if yours needs doing, why not let us deal with it for you without all the fiddly fuss, our strong degreasers are able to shift the most stubborn build ups and we’ll then dress the whole area afterwards to leave it shining.
Tar Spots:
An unavoidable nuisance when we drive on tarmac roads is tar spots, easily removed with Tar & Glue remover
